At Capacity Partners, our mission is to uplift Indigenous communities bycreating opportunities for growth, leadership, and sustainable development.This year, we are proud to introduce new initiatives that align with thisvision, and we are excited to welcome Kelli Stevens to the team as partof our efforts to drive meaningful change.

Meet Kelli Stevens: Bringing Experience and Passion to Capacity Partners

KelliKelli Stevens brings extensive experience and dedication to her workwith Capacity Partners. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, and a proud mother of two,Kelli has built a career marked by resilience, adaptability, andentrepreneurial success. Over 25 years, she led a display marketing companyspanning four provinces and later opened a veterinary clinic in 2014, whichcontinues to thrive today.

In 2022, Kelli took a step back from the corporate world to focus on herpassion for supporting individuals struggling with mental health and addictionchallenges. This deeply personal mission stems from her own experience oflosing a loved one to the Fentanyl epidemic, driving her commitment to raisingawareness and fostering support in this area.

Now, as part of Capacity Partners, Kelli is dedicated to empoweringIndigenous individuals and communities. She brings her wealth of experience tohelp build skills, create opportunities, and support sustainable growth,contributing to the success of individuals, communities, and Nations.

Introducing the Leadership Training Program

As part of our commitment to building strong leaders, Capacity Partnersis launching a Leadership Training Program for Indigenous individuals.This program is designed to provide practical tools for leadership andcommunity growth.

Program Highlights:

  •        Learn skills to address challenges in your community.
  •        Gain strategies for fostering economic opportunities and long-termsuccess.
  •        Build tools to empower yourself and others.
